Our ritual will begin with meditation and giving thanks and gratitude to the creator. I will provide a pen and paper and you will write down your petition, goals and aspirations for your moon ritual. I will prepare a bath permeated with herbs, resins, dead sea, epsom and Himalayan salt and appropriate metaphysical crystals. While bathing you will focus on releasing and surrendering your cares and fears to the universe. Following your bath you will experience the restorative benefits of Thai massage as my intuitive hands release stress and melt away knots and tension. Our ritual will conclude with you burning your written petition with the flame of a candle and giving thanks to the creator for what is to come.
The full moon is the most auspicious time to to create wholeness, tie loose ends, reach our personal peak and pinnacle, connect with spirits and guides and release what no longer serves us. During a new moon, we set new intentions, clear our slate and create a game plan to manifest our innermost desires. The waxing moon serves to aid us in opening our minds to receive and grow and to make room room for positive change, increase and abundance while the waning moon delivers energy that assists in binding, breaking bad habits and releasing people, places and things that no longer serve us.
Each session is 90 minutes. Rituals are held in our Herban Healing Center in Hoboken, NJ, our private Edgewater, NJ Herban Healing Oasis or from the comfort of your home.
