Return Policy

There is a 14 day deadline for returns.  Items eligible for return include  products that are delivered damaged or defective. items must be unopened and unused.

Please note that we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has reached the fulfillment stage. Orders are processed daily at 1pm EST.

Although order change or cancellation requests are not guaranteed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. For faster assistance, contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order. 

All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. If the original payment source is unavailable we reserve the right to issue an electronic gift certificate and transmit it to the email address provided when the order was placed, or to issue a refund check to be mailed to the billing address provided on the order.
